Job Specification: Operations Co-ordinator – Defence Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate records using Microsoft Office Suite and the Pertemps Internal Candidate Management system.
- Liaise with applicants, Armed Forces Careers Officers and Medical Experts - answering queries and assisting candidates throughout the application process.
- Discuss medical aspects of candidate's application forms.
- Seek guidance on specific cases from the management team or medical contacts when directed.
- Postal management and scanning of medical records.
- Co-ordination of medical assessments.
- Answering the phone and responding to candidate queries.
- Provision of reporting data from the internal candidate management system.
- Ensuring accurate records are kept and correct processes and policies are followed at all times.
- Aware of how your own performance impacts overall team performance.
- Follows all business processes, policies and systems to deliver agreed customer service levels.
