Job Description

As a Sales Operations Coordinator at Kinetic, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales processes and ensuring seamless communication between teams. Your responsibilities will include managing sales data, optimizing workflows, and providing critical support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Data Management: Ensure sales data is accurate, up-to-date, and efficiently maintained in Salesforce.
  • Client and Team Connectivity: Establish strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proposal and Presentation Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demos to enhance client engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales events to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and customer experiences, and implement changes to drive business success.
  • Inbound Sales Lead Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales leads, ensuring timely and effective responses to drive conversions.

Requirements

  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and build strong relationships.
  • Attention to Detail and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and adaptability to handle changing priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Experience and CRM Expertise: Leverage sales administration or support experience, as well as CRM system proficiency, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
