About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rota Coordinator to join our Unplanned Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering medical staffing rotas within unplanned care using the Medirota system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Medical Rostering Lead in coordinating and administering medical staffing rotas within unplanned care.
  • Maintain operational staffing functions associated with E-Roster and all associated systems and processes.
  • Undertake all administrative changes required to the system.
  • Provide first-line support to system users.
  • Provide technical support, answering support queries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service.
  • Process changes, requests, and forms in a timely manner, while being aware of when further guidance may be required.
  • Direct unresolved issues to relevant resources.

Requirements
  • GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Proven literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of working on staffing-related systems, particularly e-Rostering.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures of a support or customer services team.
  • Good understanding of equal opportunities.
  • Aware of trust core values.
