About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Divisional Director of Operations at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, and proactive diary management, as well as high-level administrative and secretarial support to enable the Divisional Director to fulfill their role effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional diary management and administrative support to the Divisional Director
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and prepare relevant material
  • Manage a varied workload to a high standard, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with senior staff, directors, and other senior managers across the Trust
  • Work independently and as part of a wider team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent level of experience in a related area
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative procedures, including specialist software packages
  • Minute-taking qualifications and/or experience
  • Demonstrable secretarial and administrative experience
  • Team working with staff from a variety of disciplines and levels of seniority
