Care and Support Professional for Deaf Individual

We are recruiting for a Care and Support Professional to join our team at Enable. This is a unique opportunity to work with an individual who is deaf and requires support with communication. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with sensory impairments and will be able to communicate effectively using British Sign Language (BSL).
The role will involve providing high-quality care and support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and emotional support. You will also be responsible for promoting independence and dignity, as well as supporting the individual to participate in activities and engage with their community.
In return, we offer a salary of £13-17 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for training and development in BSL and other areas relevant to the role.
