We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team in Kilsyth. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently.

You will have the opportunity to develop all your staff through our extensive learning programme, including topics such as Person Centred approaches, planning and thinking, introduction to autism, and more.

The estimated salary for this role is around £24,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including health cash plans, employee assistance programmes, and cycle to work schemes.
