Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to an individual with a learning disability. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of person-centred approaches to care.

The role will involve assisting the individual with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also be responsible for promoting independence and dignity, as well as supporting the individual to participate in activities and engage with their community.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a salary of £14-18 per hour, depending on experience, as well as access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
