About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Support Worker to join Enable, an award-winning social care charity in Kilsyth.

This position involves assisting individuals with various aspects of personal care, including moving and handling, or positive behavioural support while expanding their social networks and connections.

Key responsibilities include adapting to the unique requirements of Charlie, a young man who is deaf and communicates primarily through British Sign Language (BSL). Training in BSL can be provided.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
