Kilsyth, North Lanarkshire, United Kingdom Enable Full time
About The Role

Kilsyth is a great location for our Personal Assistants, offering an 18-hour per week opportunity with flexible working hours. A driving licence is essential for this role.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be supporting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes. Each person we support has different needs, so your role may involve assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support while expanding their social networks.

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals who can help us create an equal society for everyone with a learning disability. You will have the opportunity to develop all your staff through our extensive learning programme, including topics such as Person Centred approaches, planning and thinking, introduction to autism, and more.

The estimated salary for this role is around £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including health cash plans, employee assistance programmes, and cycle to work schemes.
