We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Enable, a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding role, supporting an individual with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting the individual with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £12-15 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for training and development.
