Senior Site Management Professional

BAM Nuttall is seeking a Senior Site Management Professional to oversee the delivery of large civil engineering projects across Scotland. This senior role requires a strong background in site management, ideally with experience at Section Engineer level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting a Personal Example in Health, Safety and Environmental Matters
- Managing and Supervising Engineers
- Maintaining Good Working Relationships with RE Staff and Supply Chain
- Absorbing and Promoting a Cost-Conscious Attitude
- Supporting the Agent in Operating the Cost Management System
- Communicating with Commercial Staff for Measurement and Payment Records
- Absorbing and Promoting BIM Technologies
- Ensuring Adequate Work Preparation and Resource Availability
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. A company car or car allowance, 8% matched pension contributions, private healthcare, life assurance, and 26 days holiday are just some of the benefits offered by BAM Nuttall.
