Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with a friendly smile and provide a personalized experience
  • Process bets and assist with customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Help customers navigate our betting terminals and provide guidance on how to use them
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Champion safer gambling practices and promote responsible betting habits
  • Support shop managers with display and opening/closing activities as needed
Working Patterns:
  • Our shops operate between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Shifts are created on a rota basis and may include evening and weekend work
What You'll Need:
  • Age 18+ (a legal requirement)
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills to engage with customers from all walks of life
