- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
