We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Handepay Merchant Services. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high levels of customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality support and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
