Administration and Document Management Expert

A key role has become available for an experienced Infrastructure Upgrade Coordinator to join our client's team, working on a critical infrastructure upgrade project in Gloucester.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the upgrade process, ensuring smooth delivery.
- You will work closely with multidiscipline design teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results.
- Effective communication and organization are essential skills for this role, as you will be responsible for distributing documents and drawings to project personnel.
- We are looking for someone with a strong background in document control, who can maintain live drawings and DC management systems.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Downloading project information and distributing it to the team.
- Maintaining key files with the latest revisions and recent documentation.
- Logging and tracking uploaded and returned documents.
- Maintaining live drawings.
- Maintaining the DC management system.
- Collaborating with multidiscipline design teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Distributing documents and drawings to project personnel.
- Adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Performing quality checks on drawings and documents transmitted by lead consultants.
- Managing document control software systems.
- Maintaining controlled document registers and associated documentation.
- Assisting Project Managers in developing and maintaining documents.
Ideal Candidate Requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Document Controller.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Proficiency in using Aconex or Q-Flow.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of other IT systems.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
