CV-Library is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our Project Management Office team.

Job Description:

This role involves managing project documents, configuring Field View software, and developing training material for users.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain document control systems, ensuring the smooth handling of all documentation.
  • Configure Field View software to meet project requirements.
  • Develop training material, guides, and tutorials for users.
  • Support the roll out of Field View across new business workstreams.
  • Manage and update project operations and financial tracking spreadsheets and databases.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Field View and similar document management systems.
  • Experience in a Document Management/Records Management/Information Management role in a Construction/Engineering environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control.
Salary:
  • £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience.
