Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Specialist to cover sites across the M4 corridor. As part of our health and safety team, you will report directly to the Head of HSE and lead a regional team of advisors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure risks are identified and managed in line with our ambitious vision.

Salary:

£55,000-£60,000 per annum, plus benefits

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven expertise in designing and reviewing HSE policies, procedures, and standards across property and construction
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and mentoring teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build robust stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to lead on incident investigations, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting with actionable insights
