About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Specialist to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations. As a key member of our fire safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and providing assurance that our trust meets statutory and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a fire safety culture and environment
- Deliver proactive work programmes of awareness raising, risk assessments, and inspections
- Work closely with the fire safety manager to provide assurance on compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Fire safety qualification and evidence of CPD
- Experience of undertaking fire risk assessments, delivering fire safety training, and investigating incidents
- Strong written communication and IT skills
- Ability to liaise with external agencies
