Job Description:
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled NHS Fire Safety Advisor to support the delivery of fire safety improvements across our three sites. As a core member of our fire safety team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fire safety culture and environment that reduces the risk of harm to patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver proactive work programmes of awareness raising, risk assessments, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with legislative frameworks and provide assurance on regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the fire safety manager to prioritize fire safety improvement works

Person Specification:
- Essential qualifications include a fire safety qualification and evidence of CPD
- Desirable experience includes membership of a professional fire organisation
