About the Role
Hampshire County Council is seeking skilled individuals to join its Emergency Response Team as Community Safety Specialists. As an on-call firefighter, you will be responsible for responding to emergencies, engaging with the community, and participating in various events and initiatives.

Key Tasks:
* Respond to emergency calls and provide fire safety services
* Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
* Develop and implement community safety initiatives

Essential Skills:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical fitness and ability to reach the fire station quickly and safely

Benefits:
£5332 per annum, plus additional incident call out payments at £16.54 per hour. A minimum of 35 on-call hours per week is required. This is a permanent contract opportunity.
