We are seeking a skilled Community Outreach Specialist to join our team in Winchester, Hampshire. This part-time role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of delivering front-line customer-facing services, working with vulnerable people and community groups.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to carry out tenancy management on our estates, conduct estate inspections and tenancy audits, ensuring accurate records are maintained and issues are addressed promptly.

As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will act as a point of contact for residents, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and provide support to diverse tenants who require extra assistance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a designated portfolio of properties within assigned neighbourhoods, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conducting regular estate inspections and tenancy audits, maintaining accurate records, and addressing issues promptly
  • Ensuring building and building systems meet statutory obligations and fire safety requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Achieving tenancy management objectives and key performance indicators
  • Delivering strong financial performance by collaborating with the service charge team to produce accurate and transparent estimates
  • Building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting diverse tenants who require extra assistance and referring them to relevant support services
