Enterprise Growth Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Growth Lead to join our team at Luna Careers and drive our revenue expansion across EMEA.
About the JobThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in martech, customer intelligence, and strategic communications to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
As a critical member of our executive team, you will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and drives transformative growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a growth strategy that focuses on new business development, marketing communications, and pipeline management to achieve ambitious revenue targets (north of £10m annually).
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions for enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise in martech and customer intelligence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the C-suite, to drive business growth and expand our presence in the EMEA region.
- Represent our organization in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish thought leadership and build strategic partnerships.
A competitive salary of £140k-£175k (package circa £200k) awaits the successful candidate, along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
