Job Description
As an Enterprise Growth Strategist at Stripe, you will drive the company's future growth by building relationships with prospective companies, turning them into happy Stripe users. You will own a named account list and develop account plans for winning business with digital native and enterprise companies, navigating the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead commercial negotiations to increase and retain customer revenue and Stripe market share
• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive and iterate Stripe's strategy
• Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
Requirements
• 8+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
• Ability to understand complex business problems companies face today and craft solutions across multiple products
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
Benefits
This role comes with an annual salary range of £120,000-£223,200, including both base salary and sales commissions/bonuses target.
