About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and administratively skilled Medical Secretary to join our team at The Castle Practice. In this role, you will provide essential support to the clinical team by managing referrals, maintaining databases, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Tasks:- Manage referrals from initiation to completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records.
- Liaise with clinicians, administration staff, and external agencies to ensure smooth communication.
- Ensure patients are contacted regarding referrals and hospital appointments.
Requirements:
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within the NHS.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
