Job Description: Coordinating Officer - Birmingham Partnership

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinating Officer to join our team at the Birmingham Safeguarding Children Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative and secretarial services, working closely with the Business Support Team and the partnership's Executive Group structures.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective systems and processes for administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the partnership's Executive Group structures
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Support Team to ensure efficient administrative operations
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection

Our Salary: £37,000 per annum, plus a range of employee benefits including pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
