Legal Secretary Position

A highly regarded law firm in Birmingham is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support the conveyancing team. This role involves working closely with a friendly and supportive team, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in case management systems and filing procedures. Prior experience as a legal secretary is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare correspondence using our case management system
* Attend to clients via telephone and in-person interactions
* Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring daily updates and retrieval of client files
* Organize mail and enclosures for dispatch
* Coordinate scanning and photocopying of paperwork
Benefits

Salary Information
