Major Recruitment Oldbury is recruiting for a well-known law firm in the Birmingham area. The position, Private Client Legal Secretary, is based at their Shirley office.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing emails and ensuring that urgent messages are handled promptly.
  • They will work collaboratively with other support staff to provide a responsive and professional service to fee earners and clients.
  • The role involves managing billing and financial requirements for fee earners, as well as audio and copy typing of legal documentation.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or PA within a private client team is required.
  2. Proven document management skills are essential.
  3. Familiarity with a legal computerised finance system is necessary.
  4. Audio typing is a must (only those with this skill should apply).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
