A reputable law firm seeks a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support their Legal Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and strong dictation typing skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and forms through accurate dictation typing.
  • Support the administration of wills, probate, and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
  • Manage telephone and email inquiries from clients and external parties.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary with dictation typing experience.
  2. Highly developed typing skills, enabling the efficient processing of legal documents, including correspondence and bills.
  3. Strong telephone manner, allowing effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration within the team.

The salary for this position is approximately ⅄25,000 - ⅄27,000 per annum.
