Conveyancing Legal Secretary Professional

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing legal secretary to join a reputable law firm in the West Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years + conveyancing experience and be responsible for managing files, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and providing excellent client care.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organisation, and file management
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and dictation
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports
- Dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face; providing excellent client care
- Supporting fee earners and partners with administration
- Producing and calculating fees / billing
- Minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience
- Experience with a Case Management System
- Audio & copy typing skills
- PC literate
