We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing legal secretary to join a reputable law firm in the West Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years + conveyancing experience and be responsible for managing files, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and providing excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organisation, and file management
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and dictation
  • Conducting legal research and preparing reports
  • Dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face; providing excellent client care
  • Supporting fee earners and partners with administration
  • Producing and calculating fees / billing
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience
  • Experience with a Case Management System
  • Audio & copy typing skills
  • PC literate
