About the Role:
  • Manage and maintain files, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Draft high-quality legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and dictation
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare reports
  • Provide exceptional client care through effective communication and support
  • Collaborate with fee earners and partners to ensure smooth administration
  • Produce and calculate fees / billing with accuracy and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years conveyancing experience
  • Strong technical skills with a Case Management System
  • Exceptional audio & copy typing skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications
