They will possess excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills, as well as a working knowledge of case management systems, the land registry portal, and online conveyancing software.

Job Description:
  • Deal proactively with a wide range of clients across various communication methods, including email and telephone.
  • Obtain simple indemnity policy quotes, request searches, and review mortgage offers while reporting to clients.
  • Draft registered contracts, including issuing and chasing contracts, as well as proof-reading system-generated documentation.
  • Update relevant software, such as TM Secure and SOS, and maintain compliance requirements in line with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality scheme Standards, SARs, and accounting requirements.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salaries, annual tax-free profit-share, and a company pension scheme.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Paralegal in a conveyancing department.
