• Provide administrative support to the Leadership and Start Up Teams, including coordinating meetings, scheduling, and record keeping.
• Work on special projects, such as recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
• Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong administrative coordination abilities and customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working as part of the Fawley FAST project:
