An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Buying team, with potential development to a buying role.

This is a busy and diverse role, and needs a highly organised and efficient person, who knows how to prioritise,

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Deal with incoming correspondence and taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Preparing reports and data as required.
- Undertake general administrative duties.
- Record keeping.
- Have telephone contact both internal and external.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the needs of the office.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Methodical and thorough approach to work.
- Good at juggling tasks and prioritising.

Salary depending on experience.

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
