Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Studies Programme Coordinator to join our team at MidKent College. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our Engineering and Welding Apprenticeships programme, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and relevance to industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of our Engineering and Welding Apprenticeships programme
  • Work closely with employers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to ensure programme relevance and alignment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage and coordinate internal verification scheduling
  • Liaise with all relevant departments as required

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in delivering vocational training programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with employers, industry partners, and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
