Are you a passionate educator looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Teaching Coordinator to join our team at MidKent College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring the success of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating designated study programme delivery activities
  • Ensuring high-quality teaching and maintaining a consistent approach across both sites
  • Delivering high-quality teaching in accordance with approved college standards and applicable validating/moderating bodies

You will also be responsible for preparing teaching materials, schemes of work, and lesson plans as required, developing and implementing the revised curriculum, and undertaking quality assurance in collaboration with the Head of Department.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining good order in the teaching environment, including statutory aspects such as safeguarding, equal opportunities, and health and safety, and undertaking day-to-day course management duties, including communication, problem-solving, diagnostic compliance, time table checks, and amendments.
