Industrial Account Manager
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Industrial Account Manager to join our team at NCC Group. As a key member of our global business development team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships within the industrials and transport sectors.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in business development and account management within the cybersecurity industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You should also have a strong understanding of CNI sectors and cybersecurity challenges within these industries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing client relationships within the industrials and transport sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for strategic clients within the industrials and transport verticals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and consultant on cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and aligning our cybersecurity solutions with their evolving requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging threats within the industrials and transport sectors to position our company as a leader in industrial cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with internal technical and solutions teams to tailor our cybersecurity offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and NCC group, while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, marketing, and delivery teams, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans to communicate progress and opportunities to senior management.
- Continuously monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
- Proven track record in business development and account management within the cybersecurity industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of CNI sectors and cybersecurity challenges within these industries.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex cybersecurity solutions to strategic clients.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of Cyber Security sales within OT, ICS and SCADA.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as needed.
£85,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
