Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Nter Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for the music industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow existing client relationships within the AV industry.
  • Hunt for new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Work from our North London office with occasional visits to clients on site.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the Head of Sales.
  • Maintain our CRM system, reporting on all call activity, entering new client records, updates and quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with our clients.

Requirements:

  • Consultative sales approach with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Motivated to sell with a strategic mind and methodical approach to selling.
  • Previous experience in managing and developing key accounts.
  • Ability to demonstrate success in developing relationships with major accounts.
  • Relaxed and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and various order processing systems.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
