Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Nter Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for the music industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow existing client relationships within the AV industry.
- Hunt for new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Work from our North London office with occasional visits to clients on site.
- Meet monthly sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the Head of Sales.
- Maintain our CRM system, reporting on all call activity, entering new client records, updates and quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with our clients.
Requirements:
- Consultative sales approach with excellent client-facing skills.
- Motivated to sell with a strategic mind and methodical approach to selling.
- Previous experience in managing and developing key accounts.
- Ability to demonstrate success in developing relationships with major accounts.
- Relaxed and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and various order processing systems.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
