Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Travel Industry Accountant to join our Finance team. As a Financial Reconciliation Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing reconciliation processes across multiple accounts and entities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. You'll work closely with the finance team and operations to maintain a streamlined workflow and investigate discrepancies.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ownership of reconciliation across key areas of the business to perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of key accounts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Completion of several multi-currency (EUR, GBP, USD & AUD) bank reconciliations

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or pursuing one
  • Experience working within a finance team specific to reconciliation processes
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Excel, with demonstrable experience in using advanced formulas to analyse data
