Job Title: Business Information (BI) Analyst
Location: Stirling Council
About the Role:
Stirling Council is seeking an experienced Business Information (BI) analyst to join its Housing Support Team. The successful candidate will work closely with housing colleagues to develop and implement changes to their IT systems, providing day-to-day support and coordinating the process from development through testing and implementation.
This is a 25.5 hours per week position, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with housing colleagues as they develop their housing management and repairs systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled at analysing and summarising complex data, with experience working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement changes to IT systems, working closely with housing colleagues
- Provide day-to-day support to the Housing Support Team
- Coordinate the process from development through testing and implementation
- Analyse and summarise complex data to inform business decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with BI tools and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborately as part of a team
- Desirable: experience with NEC (Northgate) & Oneadvanced (Kirona) products, basic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to develop these skills
£38,644 per year (plus benefits)
