Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The role involves providing a professional and effective day-to-day human resource administration service for employees, managers, and other workers.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, managing the offboarding process for departing employees, and maintaining accuracy of HRIS by updating employee details as changes occur.

You will handle telephone and email queries professionally, fostering effective communication with managers and colleagues. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

  1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and induction arrangements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  2. Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, adhering to set timelines and communicating effectively with relevant departments to complete termination arrangements
  3. Proactively maintain accuracy of HRIS by promptly updating employee details as changes occur
  4. Handle telephone and email queries professionally, fostering effective communication with managers and colleagues
  5. Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a busy administration role, preferably within HR. You should be able to administer various processes and procedures, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You must have excellent oral and written skills, which facilitate effective communication at all levels. A flexible approach to work tasks while understanding how to prioritise is also essential. Discretion and professionalism are key qualities for this role, as well as the ability to use your own initiative and take ownership of work when needed.
