About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will be based between Shaftesbury and Warminster, with a requirement for 1 day per week in the office on a Wednesday and the rest of the week remote/at home.

The purpose of this role is to provide professional and effective day-to-day human resource administration services for employees, managers, and other workers. This includes handling telephone and email queries professionally, fostering effective communication with managers and colleagues, as well as providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key responsibilities include conducting HR inductions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, documenting and following HR transactional processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency, and providing data and system support for HR business-as-usual activities.

This role requires a flexible approach to work tasks while understanding how to prioritise, including managing a busy shared inbox. A willingness to undertake CIPD Level 3 qualification (funding may be available) is also essential.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working in a busy administration role (ideally within HR), a strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with location and title. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in HR, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
