Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited. This role will be based between Shaftesbury and Warminster, with a requirement for 1 day per week in the office on a Wednesday and the rest of the week remote/at home.
The purpose of this role is to provide professional and effective day-to-day human resource administration services for employees, managers, and other workers.
- Handle telephone and email queries professionally, fostering effective communication with managers and colleagues.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Support HR projects to enhance processes and employee experience.
- Experience of working in a busy administration role (ideally within HR).
- A flexible approach to work tasks while understanding how to prioritise, including managing a busy shared inbox.
- Willingness to undertake CIPD Level 3 qualification (funding may be available).
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
This salary is based on the location and title of the role.
