About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing organisation with a people-centric culture. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a professional and effective day-to-day human resource administration service for employees, managers, and other workers.

Your Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and induction arrangements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing the offboarding process for departing employees, adhering to set timelines and communicating effectively with relevant departments
  • Proactively maintaining accuracy of HRIS by updating employee details as changes occur
  • Handling telephone and email queries professionally, fostering effective communication with managers and colleagues
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a busy administration role, preferably within HR. You should be able to administer various processes and procedures, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You must have excellent oral and written skills, which facilitate effective communication at all levels. A flexible approach to work tasks while understanding how to prioritise is also essential. Discretion and professionalism are key qualities for this role, as well as the ability to use your own initiative and take ownership of work when needed.
