The Role: Chief Revenue Officer & Startup Catalyst
You will lead our revenue strategy, focusing on user acquisition, growth, and partnership development.
We seek someone who is results-driven, innovative, and excited to drive revenue growth in a creative and effective way, helping us scale up from an early stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Revenue Strategies: Create and implement innovative revenue strategies that focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Organic User Acquisition: Leverage a blend of organic growth channels, partnerships, and creative growth hacking techniques to expand our user base.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with family, wellness, and educational brands that align with Sound AiSleep's mission, broadening our reach and engagement.
- Revenue & Monetization: Optimize and drive growth through existing revenue channels, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, while identifying ways to enhance user value.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights to track progress and refine revenue strategies, creating a foundation for sustainable growth.
- Goal Setting & Autonomy: Collaborate with the founder to set ambitious, realistic revenue milestones and take ownership of strategic goals.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
- Equity: Up to 10% equity in Sound AiSleep, aligned with your experience and role evolution.
