Business Development Manager

At HYBRID CONNECTIONS LTD, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, converting leads into opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build long-lasting relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Deal promptly and professionally with inbound and outbound calls
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum, plus commission and bonuses.
