Administrative Support Associate

**Role Overview**
At Fabric Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Associate to provide exceptional support to our directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Directors' Schedules: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare Meeting Materials: Develop agendas, reports, and other documents to facilitate effective communication.
- Screen Calls and Emails: Respond to correspondence and direct calls to the relevant parties.
- Handle Confidential Documents: Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Assist with Personal Errands: Support directors with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Organise Travel Logistics: Arrange travel and accommodations for directors.
- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Support: Assist with project tasks and ensure timely completion of deadlines.
- Event Coordination and Office Management: Support event planning and maintain a smooth day-to-day office operation.
About You:
- Excellent Organisational and Time-Management Skills: Demonstrate ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Showcase strong communication abilities to interact with directors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Possess essential skills in Microsoft Office applications.
