Job Title: Registered Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead the operational management of a specialist supported living service in Braintree. The service provides high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, complex needs, and mental health requirements.

Service Overview:

The service supports 10 individuals in a new-build supported housing scheme, commissioned as part of the Transforming Care Programme in Essex. The accommodation is designed to meet the needs of individuals with a range of requirements, and the service is currently rated as Outstanding by CQC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the service meets all CQC standards and contract requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality and contract monitoring processes.
  • Lead a cohesive and coordinated team to provide high-quality support to service users.
  • Implement positive and robust risk management and effective behaviour support strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the service meets the needs of service users and meets contractual obligations.

Requirements:

We are looking for a Registered Service Manager with:

Experience in leading operational management in a specialist supported living service.Knowledge of CQC standards and contract requirements.Ability to develop and implement quality and contract monitoring processes.Strong leadership and management skills.Ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure the service meets the needs of service users.
