Business Development Representative

We are seeking a confident and driven Business Development Representative to join our Field Sales Representatives team in Poole, United Kingdom. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
The role requires individuals who can thrive in a target-driven environment, meeting with prospective customers at their doorstep and connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services. We offer comprehensive training, enabling you to have quality conversations with customers from the get-go and setting you up for success.
Our part-time opportunities range between 16 to 30 hours a week, while full-time roles involve working 37.5 hours a week, primarily between 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm once in the field.
The Must-Haves- A UK driving license with no more than 8 points.
- A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions), with uncapped commission potential leading to earnings of £50k - £70k per year for top performers.
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
- 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and birthday off, plus the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave.
