Business Development Representative

Modulift UK Limited is a leading global engineering design and manufacturing company based in Poole. Established in 2002, we have transformed into a premium supplier within our heavy lifting specialism.
We serve many key global sectors and industries, including Wind Energy, Nuclear, Construction, OEM, Marine, and Offshore Oil & Gas. Our products are delivered through various channels, including direct end users, resellers, rental partners, and a strong distribution network.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with marketing activities such as social media, website management, e-newsletters, and exhibition bookings.
- Answering customer queries by phone and email, generating new quotes, and processing sales orders using our CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have basic numerical and written literacy, with at least a C in GCSE English & Maths or equivalent. Previous experience within a B2B Sales, Customer Service, Marketing Administration, or similar role is preferable.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 20 days pro-rata holiday plus Christmas Shutdown period and UK Bank Holidays. We also provide free on-site car, motorbike, and bicycle parking, as well as tea and coffee facilities.
