Lead a Team of Sales Professionals
As a Sales Manager at Anglian Home Improvements, you will be responsible for leading a team of self-employed Sales Executives. Your role will involve motivating and developing your team to achieve sales targets and providing training and coaching to ensure they meet company standards.
Drive Sales Growth
You will be responsible for driving recruitment activity of self-employed Sales Representatives to complement your existing team, as well as recruiting Marketing Agents and Area Marketing Leaders to meet set targets. Your goal will be to generate leads and ensure that the Sales Team presents the approved finance presentation to every potential customer.
Work with the Regional Sales Manager
You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan, ensuring sales targets are achieved in accordance with product specifications, pricing structures, and profit margins. Your role will involve preparing and presenting regular sales reports to ensure that the team is on track to meet its targets.
Requirements
- Successful proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who has consistently exceeded targets in sales and marketing.
- Ideal experience within Home Improvements (or similar).
- Ideal experience of recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals.
- Highly motivated, with the natural ability to motivate and guide people to achieve targets.
- Meet strict deadlines in a targeted sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience of remote meetings/sales appointments, although not essential.
- Have a proactive approach and results-driven.
- Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
- Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
- Committed to continuous personal development through internal resources and own initiatives.
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
